Kristen Vozzella

Kristen Vozzella has been an educator for nearly two decades, holding a Master’s degree in Special Education from Simmons College as well as DESE licenses as a Special Education Administrator and Teacher of students with severe disabilities. She also holds certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Kristen’s career began in private schools serving students with intensive special needs where she built a strong foundation before transitioning to leadership roles in ABA programs across multiple public school systems. Over the last 10 years, Kristen’s consultation work has highlighted her passion for developing and improving specialized programs for students with social-emotional and behavioral disabilities in public schools. Her focus on program development, inclusive practices, staff training, and data-driven decision-making has positively impacted educational practices in dozens of public schools across the state that Kristen has worked with.

Kristen is also a dynamic facilitator of professional development, having led numerous large group, small group, and individual training sessions for school staff as well as parents and caregivers. She is also dedicated to mentorship, having guided new teachers and supervised BCBA candidates, fostering the growth and development of future educational leaders. Kristen continues to drive positive change in education, creating environments where students with disabilities can flourish academically and emotionally.
