Alternative Program Classrooms serve children who experience emotional, behavioral and/or social difficulties and have been unable to make adequate academic and emotional/social developmental progress in a general education setting. Alternative program classes are located at the Blanchard Memorial School in Boxborough (grades K-3), the Russell Street Elementary School in Littleton (grades 2-5), the Blanchard Memorial School in Boxborough (grades 4-6), the Concord Middle School (grades 6-8) and Colebrook High School in Acton (High school).

All alternative programs provide both intensive academic and therapeutic supports.
